Letter-Size Package w/ Mailing

SuperEZprint.com offers a Universal Letter-Size Package for your Company's Print-to-Mail correspondence. Our All-Inclusive package is a great way to get your correspondence out to current or potential customers without having to order envelopes or paper stock. Complete printing and mail preparation is included which allows your staff to spend time on more productive tasks while SuperEZprint.com produces high-quality, letter-size correspondence for less than you would spend on supplies and labor to do it internally. With 20 years of mailing experience, rest assured your mailing project will meet or exceed the stringent mailing guidelines set forth by the USPS.

Our Universal Letter-Size package includes:
- #10 over-sized window envelope with security tint.
- #9 window CRE (Courtesy Reply Envelope) with security tint.
- 24# Offset White Paper Stock in two sizes: 8.5"x11" or 8.5"x14".
- Total document imaging, simplex or duplex.
- Black ink or Full Color, one or two sides.
- Complete Mail Preparation (folding, inserting, sealing, sorting and postage application).
- First Class, Presorted Standard or Nonprofit mailing options.

Please Note:
- SuperEZprint.com employs a "Data Confirmation Procedure" as part of our quality control process. Our "Data Confirmation" will be sent via e-mail to any client who purchases a product that requires Mailing Services.
- Our Universal Letter-Size Packages have a 1,000 piece minimum quantity.
- United States Postal regulations REQUIRE proof that mailers are in compliance with current Move Update Standards. For more information on Move Update Standards, Click Here. SuperEZprint.com offers NCOA (National Change of Address) processing to ensure our mailing clients meet Postal Regulations. You will be sent (via e-mail), a letter that clearly explains the NCOA process and a NCOA PAF (Processing Acknowledgement Form). This NCOA form MUST be completed, signed and faxed back to SuperEZprint.com.

Turnaround Time:

Turnaround time is 3-5 business days after approval of your proof. We always try to meet our listed turnaround times; however, turnaround times are approximate and not guaranteed.
